What is the minimum order at Heart N Art?

When will the shirts be ready after the order is confirmed?

Within 2 weeks only, starting from the date the order is confirmed and the initial deposit is made.

Is there an additional charge for shirt design?

There is no additional charge for design. However, customers are required to pay a design deposit upfront. If the order proceeds, the design deposit will be deducted from the total price.

Can I place an additional order?

Absolutely!
For orders of 5 pieces or fewer, there will be a price adjustment.
For orders of 5 pieces or more, you’ll receive the same pricing as before.

The best time to place your order is 2–3 weeks before the intended date of use.

I want shirts but have a limited budget. Any suggestions?

Of course! You can choose printed shirt designs that are suitable for:

What’s the difference between Heart N Art Selandar and Jasin?

Heart N Art Selandar is our production factory
Heart N Art Jasin is our headquarters (HQ)

Customers can place orders at either of our branches.

Do you offer COD and postage services?

Yes, we do. Additional charges will apply.

Can additional items be added to the shirt?

Yes, they can.
For example: individual names, department names, sleeve cuffs, and more.
